Manager for a team of Revenue Architects focused on driving revenue transformation for mid-market and commercial customers in Financial Services and Healthcare industries using Gong's AI Operating System. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, developing revenue transformation strategies, overseeing workflow architecture, driving adoption, managing renewals and expansion, and collaborating with internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Revenue Architects. Provide consistent coaching on account strategy, executive presence, and value realization.
  2. Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and oversee the execution of strategies that modernize their revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS. Develop a distinct point of view for how Gong drives these outcomes for customers specifically in the financial services and healthcare industries.
  3. Guide your team in mapping current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
  4. Drive adoption initiatives that foster behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms across the IX customer segment.
  5. Empower your team to use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of direct people management experience leading Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • 6–10+ years of total proven experience in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar).
  • Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers, or professional work experience in those industries.
  • Proven track record of coaching others to own relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and lead value/ROI conversations.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and tracking team-wide KPIs.
