What you'd actually do

  1. Support end-to-end financial execution of a multi-year corporate transformation project, ensuring financial activities remain aligned with project milestones and timelines.
  2. Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for multiple internal and external stakeholders, supporting discussions, alignment, and issue resolution related to project financial matters.
  3. Monitor and track project-related plans, highlighting risks, dependencies, and gaps, and supporting corrective actions to maintain project progress.
  4. Provide financial support across a broad range of project topics, including cost tracking, forecasting, accruals, and ad-hoc analysis required for decision-making.
  5. Coordinate closely with Audit, Tax, and other governance teams to ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal control requirements

Skills

Required

  • 6-10 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, project controlling, FP&A, or a related field, with hands-on experience in managing project financials.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - collaborating, influencing & framing effectively across all levels of management
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and partner with multiple teams and functions
