The Opportunity
We are hiring an exceptionally talented Sales Retention Operations & Analytics Manager to drive flawless retention programs, analytics, and operational consistency across the JAPAC region.
As part of our world-class Retention Strategy & Operations team, you will collaborate with Renewals Sales, Solution Account Managers, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.
You will successfully implement retention programs, study data to identify trends and risks, and build decisions that improve renewal performance and increase customer retention throughout different JAPAC markets.
This position provides wide-ranging experience across various locations, business units, and priorities, with opportunities to expand your influence over time!
What You’ll Do
Retention Programs & Execution
- Coordinate with regional leadership to establish and provide retention programs across JAPAC.
- Plan and roll out initiatives passionate about renewal performance, customer health, and risk reduction.
- Monitor program progress and share insights to inform next steps and improvements.
Retention Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Manage retention and attrition data across JAPAC, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform action.
- Build regular reports and deliver analysis for regional and leadership reviews.
- Respond to data requests with clear analysis that shapes renewal planning and decision making.
QBR & Leadership Readiness
- Prepare retention inputs for QBRs spanning regional and geographic areas within JAPAC.
- Build data packs, insights, and materials for leadership and performance discussions.
- Contribute to consistency in important measurements and definitions used in reviews.
Planning, Coverage & Operations
- Gather and examine data to support planning activities throughout the region.
- Coordinate coverage, quota, and goal validation with Sales Operations and Finance.
- Work with teams across the business to address data or process questions.
Collaboration & Governance
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to carry out retention initiatives and improvements.
- Contribute to training efforts, pilots, and operational improvements related to renewals.
- Participate in testing and validation activities as tools or processes evolve.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience in program management, sales operations, retention operations, or analytics.
- Experience handling data to guide business decisions and convey a clear narrative.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Comfort working across regions, teams, and time zones.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
