What you'd actually do

  1. Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
  2. Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
  3. Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  4. Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
  5. Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively

Skills

Required

  • Retail leadership Partner Enablement or Channel Marketing experience
  • Go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
  • Managing large Partner Enablement budgets
  • Working directly with online retail partners and understanding key advertising metrics
  • Working directly with Japan retailers selling consumer electronics products
  • Developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives
  • Working with visual merchandising and field services programs
  • Presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
  • English & Japanese language fluency

  • Experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailers
