Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a JJT Cutover Lead E2E in Bangalore, India. This role will lead the planning and execution of parallel cutovers for a global business transformation program modernizing ERP systems. The lead will develop cutover strategies, coordinate detailed plans, train teams, collaborate with system integrators, conduct testing, manage readiness, and drive issue resolution. The role also involves piloting new technologies like automation and generative AI to improve cutover efficiency and embracing industry best practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and fine tune the Cutover strategy aligned with program objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements, and as per the guidance and template provided by the E2E Cutover manager.
  2. Coordinate and own creation of Detailed Release Cutover Plans with systems, tasks, resources and success metrics clearly identified.
  3. Train project team members on the program cutover methodology and drive effective and consistent use of Project Cutover Tools.
  4. Collaborate and work with systems integrators, while owning the end-to-end cutover process from JJT.
  5. Conduct detailed testing and validation of cutover procedures to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.

Skills

Required

  • Solid understanding of cutover methodologies, toolsets and standard processes.
  • Strong technical competence with expertise in data migration, system integrations, Satellite systems, Middleware and infrastructure transitions
  • 12 + years of relevant experience in the areas of handling Cutover, complex project management, pharma industry experience preferred.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement complex cutover activities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven track record of influencing/collaborating to get to desired results.
  • Analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA or other ERP systems.
  • People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and/or Medical Technology industries.
  • Experience in a large-scale program driving business transformation.
  • Certifications in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, ISTQB, Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, etc.).
