What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and oversee the Doc Check (Compliance) BPO operation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regional compliance standards.
  2. Own and continuously improve the auditing and merchant documentation processes, ensuring all onboarding meets Uber’s internal guidelines and legal requirements.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to understand evolving business needs and adapt workflows accordingly.
  4. Standardize and align processes across countries, ensuring scalability and consistency in execution.
  5. Monitor and report on performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvement initiatives that increase accuracy and efficiency.
