Junior Commercial Operations Manager (m/w/d)

This role is for a Junior Commercial Operations Manager in the Orthopedics division of Johnson & Johnson (soon to be DePuy Synthes). The position focuses on managing commercial operations, including contract negotiation, pricing strategies, account planning, and customer relationship management within the hospital sector in Germany. It requires national travel and collaboration with sales and pricing teams to achieve commercial success. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsverträgen mit Krankenhäusern, Krankenhausgruppen und Einkaufsgemeinschaften in Deutschland
  2. Analyse der Kundenrentabilität und Vorantreiben von Verbesserungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales Managern, strategischen Account Managern und Pricing
  3. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Preisgestaltungs- und Vertragsstrategien bei nationalen/großen Kunden und Einkaufsorganisationen, um die Verkaufsziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen
  4. Aufbau von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden, um den Verkaufsprozess zu erleichtern
  5. Erstellung und Umsetzung von Account-Plänen bzw. Strategien, sowie die Kommunikation dieser an Vertriebsmitarbeiter und andere relevante Funktionen im Unternehmen

  • Experience in the Orthopedics field
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills
