Junior Field Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to support sales pipeline and revenue objectives for the Field Sales organization. It involves developing tactical marketing programs in collaboration with various internal teams and external influencers, managing program budgets, and tracking lead flow and ROI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
  2. Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
  3. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations.
  4. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs.
  5. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
  6. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
