Junior Payroll Coordinator (12-mths Fixed Term Contract)

This role supports payroll operations by processing employee pay, maintaining payroll records, handling employee inquiries, managing onboarding/offboarding, and assisting with compliance and reporting. Requires experience in payroll processing, proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software, and strong attention to detail.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare and distribute employee pay, including calculating wage, allowances and deductions.
  2. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll data.
  3. Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for ANZ employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  4. Maintaining accurate payroll records, including updating employee details, pay rates, tax files, and organizational structures.
  5. Acting as a primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, managing staff queries professionally, and providing customer service.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with payroll software.
