Skills

Required

  • Computer Science or equivalent experience degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical support or service-related role, technical account management
  • Understanding of internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc.
  • Knowledge of system integration technologies: computer telephony integration, data cleansing/deduplication, data replication, transactional data between Salesforce objects
  • Knowledge of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design and core programming concepts
  • Knowledge of XML, experience with server-to-server web services (SOAP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of both front-end web tier (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and cross-browser development) and back-end (Java, .Net, SQL) software development

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and its technologies
  • Experience in SaaS support
