Boeing is seeking Avionics Engineers for the KC-46 Mission Systems team. Responsibilities include supporting engineering design, integration, testing, and certification of mission avionics sub-systems, coordinating with suppliers, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 3+ years of experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the engineering design, development, analysis, testing, and certification of the mission avionics systems to ensure seamless integration with software and higher-level systems and platforms.
  2. Support the design, development, validation, and verification of system level requirements.
  3. Assist in the development of test plans and procedures in support of certification activities.
  4. Coordinate system-level integration for mission avionics hardware and software.
  5. Support the definition and execution of critical tests of various types to validate the performance of designs against system requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering.
