This role is a clinical specialist focused on sales support and surgical assistance for electrophysiology procedures within the MedTech division. It involves providing technical and clinical expertise to surgeons, promoting new products and technologies, and training other team members. The role requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Utilize professional electrophysiology knowledge and skills to provide surgical support to operators, ensuring the safety and smoothness of the surgery;
  2. Familiar with customer surgical habits, communicate efficiently with operators, continuously improve professional skills, and independently complete surgical support from simple to complex arrhythmias in the region
  3. Keep abreast of industry and company development trends, actively learn and master the advantages and usage of new concepts, new technologies, and new products in the industry, and be able to formulate targeted and decomposable promotion and communication plans
  4. Proficiently use new products, digital and other new tools and new technologies to assist the professional education team in improving the operator's concepts, skills, and confidence
  5. Effectively convey the value of new products and new technologies, continuously improve customer acceptance of new technologies, and perform surgery safely and efficiently to serve patients

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine/Pharmacy Clinical/Imaging/Ultrasound major, Master's degree in Cardiac Electrophysiology preferred
  • Ability to independently complete job responsibilities and pass relevant professional knowledge exams
  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industry
  • Good medical professional English preferred
