Key Account Manager

This role is a Key Account Manager in the MedTech Sales division at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on hospital/hospital systems sales. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, clinical, imaging, or ultrasound fields, with a Master's in electrophysiology being a plus) and sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Strong self-motivation, execution, communication, resilience, and innovative thinking are essential. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. 根据区域情况制定有挑战性和可执行的销售计划,不断提升专业销售技巧,提升竞争销售意识和能力,完成销售目标
  2. 拜访专业客户,增加客户了解和洞察,全面洞察客户需求,基于市场变化和业务最新动态,为客户提供高质量解决方案,与客户保持积极有效的合作关系
  3. 熟练掌握电生理行业,术式和产品知识,在理解客户应用需求的基础上,全面细致传递产品的价值及其应用
  4. 加速新产品准入,应对市场准入风险,为业务发展提供好的非临和政策环境
  5. 与代理商建立良好合作关系,并定期对经销商进行产品、技术,流程和合规等方面培训

Skills

Required

  • 本科及以上学历,医学/药学临床/影像/超声专业本科毕业优先,心脏电生理硕士优先
  • 能独立完成工作职责,并通过相关专业知识考试
  • 医药、医疗行业相关的销售经验优先
  • 良好的医学专业英文优先
  • 具有自驱力,不断精进专业水平,积极学习业内不断发布涌现的新产品、新技术知识,并进行应用
  • 执行力强,快速高效效应需求,执行业务市场策略
  • 乐于沟通协作,联动多部门完成团队目标,互相协助
