Key Account Manager - J&j Norway

Johnson & Johnson Norway is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for their Immunology Portfolio. The role involves maximizing business value by promoting and selling J&J products to a set of customers and accounts, driving sales results, establishing trusted relations with HCPs, and managing account plans. The position requires a strong business mindset, in-depth understanding of the therapeutic area, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role is national and based in the Oslo area.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maximize the business value, both long-term and short-term, by partner, interact, promote, and sell J&J products and solutions to a set of customers, and accounts.
  2. The KAM owns the patient and/or sales targets for the product portfolio within their therapeutic area whilst ensuring that all account activities are aligned with J&J's brand strategy and customer needs.
  3. The Key Account Manager should further seek and listen for new business opportunities and projects that are of value for patients, customers and J&J.
  4. Drive sales results, establish and manage trusted relations with relevant HCPs and other key decision makers within disease area
  5. Demonstrate a strong business mindset and take accountability for acquiring top management insights and relations

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High proficiency in Norwegian required
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English required

Nice to have

  • +4-6 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar industry experience preferred
