Uber Eats is seeking a Key Account Manager for their SMB restaurant partners in Southern Germany. The role involves strategic account growth, maximizing potential revenue, mitigating risks, retaining partners, collecting feedback for product roadmap, building strong relationships, and creating account plans through business reviews and data analysis. Requires 4+ years in a B2B client-facing role, customer lifecycle navigation, negotiation skills, self-starter mentality, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and organizational abilities. CRM and Google Suite proficiency are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with 100-150 high-value restaurant partners to retain and expand their business, identifying new upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion initiatives.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue potential for both our partners and Uber Eats.
  3. Actively identify potential risks to partnerships and work swiftly and diligently to ensure partners receive the best possible experience, striving for 100% account retention.
  4. Collect and synthesise valuable feedback from restaurant partners, transforming these insights into actionable information that informs and drives our product and business roadmap.
  5. Build long-term growth and marketing plans with your partners via regular business reviews and data analysis
