Kinaxis Solution Architect Manager

Manager responsible for overseeing end-to-end solution delivery for Kinaxis supply chain planning implementations, involving process design, data analytics, system configuration, and deployment. Requires expertise in optimization methods, statistical analysis, advanced mathematical modeling, and exposure to data science and advanced planning systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Solution Design & Architecture: Oversee requirement gathering, process improvement, and provide architecture guidance for supply chain planning functionalities using Kinaxis Maestro, including technical specifications and system models.
  2. Collaborate & Prioritize Work: Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to define technical user stories, prioritize enabler work, and engage Kinaxis vendor consultants for implementation guidance.
  3. Configure & Integrate Systems: Configure supply chain planning systems to meet business requirements, design resources (worksheets, dashboards, alerts), and support data integration across multiple sources and target systems.
  4. Optimize, Document & Lead Teams: Work with vendors to optimize performance, update solution documentation, support integration leads, and coach teams to develop technical and consulting skills.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain module implementation using Kinaxis Maestro
  • 3+ full life cycle implementations of supply chain planning projects
