Boeing is seeking a Lab Test Operations Lead in Berkeley, MO to direct program execution for the F-15 System Integration Test (SIT) team. What you'd actually do

  1. Managing team budgets as a Control Account Manager (CAM) under the Earned Value Management (EVM) construct
  2. Leading program baseline activities for new efforts
  3. Estimating future work in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs); leveraging historical actuals as a Basis of Estimate (BOE); supporting follow-on “fact-finding” activities with the customer as part of contract negotiations
  4. Developing, coordinating, and maintaining integrated lab test plans and schedules for complex projects and programs
  5. Creating and maintaining metrics or dashboards to track team performance and progress to plan

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and projects through influence
  • Experience managing team schedules and budgets (ideally under the EVM construct)

Nice to have

  • Experience working and/or managing work scope in a laboratory test environment
  • Experience working in the defense industry, particularly on military flight
