Labeling Operations Manager

The Labeling Operations Manager will lead and grow a high performing labeling team responsible for end to end label development and execution across the Supply Chain organization. This role combines operational leadership, cross-functional program support, and process ownership to drive excellence in labeling. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and mentor the team, implement and optimize labeling systems and processes, and scale best practices across manufacturing sites.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures related to product labeling.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of labeling professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and engagement.
  3. Serve as the primary point person for New Product Development and Lifecycle teams in executing labeling strategies and project plans.
  4. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and align on label strategy and content with Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, R&D, Product Lifecycle, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams through relationship building and process improvement.
  5. Support implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain labeling execution across operations.
