Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain governance controls related to partner agreement concessions and renewals across Latin America.
- Evaluate partnership requests and business scenarios against partner program policies, governance rules, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in meetings with partner managers and partners to explain partnership rules, processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Litigation, and business teams to support governance assessments and decision-making processes.
- Track governance approvals, exceptions, and documentation to ensure proper auditability and process consistency.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of partner governance processes and operational controls.
- Help ensure alignment between regional business needs and global governance standards.
