Large Merchant Sales Intern

This is an internship role within PayPal's Large Enterprise Account Management team, focusing on supporting account managers in executing merchant priorities. The intern will help remove blockers, prepare merchant-facing materials, assist with process mapping, pull data for business cases, and participate in merchant calls and strategy sessions. The role emphasizes clock speed and efficiency in driving merchant value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Helping remove blockers and keep commercial projects moving — chasing inputs, consolidating information, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  2. Supporting the preparation of merchant-facing materials: account reviews, executive briefs, and performance decks
  3. Assisting with process mapping and project coordination across internal teams (product, operations, analytics, legal)
  4. Pulling together data and analysis to support business cases, proposals, and merchant conversations
  5. Sitting in on merchant calls and internal strategy sessions, and helping action follow-ups
