Latam Commercial Capabilities Lead

This role is a people leader responsible for managing managers and individual contributors in a matrix environment, focusing on sales enablement, commercial excellence, and pricing & contracting/tendering. The individual will drive business growth by improving processes, implementing continuous improvement and automation programs, and generating performance metrics. They will also be responsible for sales team incentive scheme governance and performance evaluations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manages other Managers, Supervisors and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  2. Delivers business growth opportunities by improving CommEx, Pricing & Contracting/Tendering processes and strategic opportunities, implementing continuous improvement & automation programs, generating performance metrics, and disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.
  3. Delivers CommEx, Pricing & Contracting/Tendering vision and strategy for the commercial organization by retaining and applying an in-depth understanding of customer needs and leveraging those insights to create an unparalleled sales experience.
  4. Delivers LATAM pricing strategy including floor price frameworks and compliance governance implemented via local operational execution excellence
  5. Responsible for coordinating sales team incentive scheme governance & frameworks with LATAM leadership and overseeing CommEx specialists responsible for Sales Force Effectiveness analytics & business intelligence insights and Incentive Scheme payout calculations adhering to all compliance controls.
