Salesforce is seeking interns for their LATAM Internship Program in Sales, focusing on Business Development Associate roles. The program aims to develop high-impact sales skills in prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement, utilizing Salesforce's AI CRM and AI tools. Interns will manage leads, conduct outbound activities, collaborate with sales teams, and track progress using Salesforce's platform, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and nurture Partner Leads (PLs), working closely with consulting partners to ensure a smooth lead handover and progression through the sales funnel. This includes qualifying PLs, aligning with partners on next steps, and ensuring timely follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
  2. Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using our Customer 360 platform.
  3. Conduct outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, with a focus on pipeline generation across multiple segments.
  4. Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers, while being a key factor in showcasing our platforms through live demonstrations.
  5. Perform research on target accounts, identifying key contacts, and helping develop personalized outreach strategies.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between June/2027 and December/2027.
  • English intermediate.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
