Netflix is seeking a Marketing Planning Manager for the LATAM region, specifically focusing on Argentina and Chile (SOLA). This role acts as a liaison between local and global marketing teams, managing the import of global campaigns into LATAM and the export of local titles from SOLA. The manager will contribute to strategic development, ensure campaign resonance, identify and prioritize titles, and represent the region in global forums. The role requires 10+ years of experience in strategic planning or marketing strategy, preferably in entertainment, with strong partnership and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the strategic development and regional campaign management of series, film, and LIVE campaigns from upstream development through rollout, ensuring resonance and impact across LATAM.
  2. Partner with SOLA Marketing teams to identify and prioritize global and local titles to support, socializing title‑specific details to equip teams for decision‑making and budget allocation.
  3. Coordinate the export of local titles from SOLA markets, ensuring alignment with global teams and strategy.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal Marketing partners, advocating for the country's needs and perspectives.
  5. Represent the SOLA and LATAM markets in global forums, ensuring the region’s voice is heard in strategic discussions and planning.
