Latam Sales & Growth Vendor Management Specialist

This role focuses on managing the performance and operational delivery of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) networks that support Uber's Sales Operations in Latin America. The specialist will work with contact centers to improve metrics, implement action plans, and deploy tactical projects for acquiring new users (restaurants, retailers, merchants) through various channels like phone, chat, and email. The role requires expertise in Sales operations within contact centers and a passion for customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Implement and lead control mechanisms of Performance Management for the Sales Operations in our BPO network.
  2. Coordinate the implementation of Action Plans with our BPO sites, in order to improve performance metrics.
  3. Bring insights from the BPO sites to be shared with our internal Stakeholders.
  4. Support the implementation of tactical projects in our BPO sites, for performance improvement or to support the launch of new operations.

Skills

Required

  • Two years of people management experience in Contact Centers (COE, BPO, GL, or equivalents), ideally managing B2B Sales operations.
  • Knowledge about Performance Monitoring frameworks for Sales Operations.
  • Experience implementing Action Plans in Contact Centers (or equivalents) for Sales Operations.
  • English level B2 or above: proficiency to have business conversations with Stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results orientation skills.
  • Motivational and Optimistic leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree or actively studying and within 1 year of graduation
