Launch Project Manager

Expedia Group is seeking a Launch Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of partner integrations for their B2B travel partners. The role involves leading project management, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring smooth launch processes, with a focus on customer-facing skills and consultative approaches.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the full onboarding cycle for your portfolio of partners from contract signing through launch
  2. Lead strategic kick off calls and complex integration workshops with partners, ensuring a deep understanding of partner requirements and how our solutions will help meet these, tailoring to their business needs and processes
  3. Autonomously lead and manage complex, multi-party implementation projects in a highly consultative and proactive manner, with a solution-oriented approach.
  4. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to address partner needs, continuously optimizing the overall partner experience and user journey.
  5. Document, contribute and manage process improvements and new initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience working with enterprise customers on technology solutions
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Fluent English communication

Nice to have

  • project management experience, preferably in a technical domain
  • develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business, industry and needs
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience working with both business and technical teams
  • Multicultural awareness and experience working internationally
  • Be articulate with good presentation and written communication skills
  • Some experience with Salesforce CRM, or a similar Cloud based CRM
  • Current PMI certification
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
