What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a team of attorneys providing legal advice to the JPMC Chief Data & Analytics Office ("CDAO") including directing their workloads, processing personnel actions, overseeing day-to-day duties, and reviewing as well as providing feedback on the team's work product.
  2. Advise on firmwide policies, procedures, standards and guidelines as they relate to artificial intelligence ("Al") and CDAO activities.
  3. Manage a firmwide legal support model for JPMC's Al activities, including the chairing of an Al forum of lawyers from all lines of business, corporate functions and global regions.
  4. Structure and negotiate agreements with vendors and other third parties relating to Al, including maintaining precedent contractual language reflecting global regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide legal advice to the firm's Al Research team and projects developed by the Machine Learning Center of Excellence.
