Lead Account Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Account Solution Engineer to join their Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team. The role involves demonstrating how the MuleSoft Platform integrates digital investments for customers, working closely with the Sales team, conducting technical discovery, making architectural recommendations, and leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs). The position requires strong technical knowledge of integration protocols, API management, and agentic technologies, with experience engaging senior customers and leading RFI responses. The role is based in Madrid and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with our Sales team, demonstrating your technical expertise and business knowledge throughout the sales cycle
  2. Conduct technical discovery and qualification, making architectural recommendations, and delivering product demonstrations and leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) whenever required
  3. Map technical solutions to business value, ensuring that our customers understand the real-world benefits of our platform.
  4. Capability to lead the delivery of sophisticated RFI responses, involving multiple technologies and teams.
