Lead Associate Creative Director (ACD) for Store Experience Marketing at Target, responsible for developing seasonal and brand campaigns, driving creative excellence, leading and mentoring creative teams, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative, guest-centered work that builds brand love and drives business impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development of seasonal and brand campaigns, establishing a strong thematic foundation, starting with our in-store experience that will then ignite and scale into integrated, cross-channel creative systems throughout the season.
  2. Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear, constructive coaching that elevates performance.
  3. Collaborate closely with our Store Experience Business Partners, Creative Leaders, Strategy, Visual Merchandising and Production partners to deliver work that is on-brief, on-brand and on-time.
  4. Remain deeply attuned to culture, retail trends and evolving guest behaviors.
  5. You confidently lead the work, are a fluent presenter, and leverage your influence to build trust, align key stakeholders, and sell in creative concepts across the organization.
