This role is for a Lead Analyst in Finance Tech Solutions at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on the CoStar application within the Global Corporate Applications team. The position involves supporting, optimizing, and ensuring the CoStar application delivers a seamless, compliant, and intuitive user experience for the global finance ecosystem. Key responsibilities include issue resolution, liaising with users and vendors, performing end-user support, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements (CIA and SOX), and monitoring system enhancements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar business discipline, a minimum of 4 years of finance experience, and strong skills in troubleshooting, translating requirements, change management, and project management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own issue resolution: investigate incidents, liaise with vendor and internal teams, document requirements, and drive remediation and system improvements.
  2. Liaise with end users and vendor to identify issues and potential system enhancements, define requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure the system continues to support evolving business initiatives.
  3. Perform end user support and guidance for Corporate Applications technology solution, applying judgement to differentiate process-related questions from technical issues
  4. Ensure that processes are aligned with CIA and SOX compliance requirements, SOPs, and system security protocols.
  5. Monitor, test, and communicate upgrades and enhancements through a standard governance process

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or similar business discipline
  • 4 years of finance experience
  • Extensive knowledge of financial and accounting processes
  • Ability to use technology to effectively work in a Global role
  • Experience with independently and efficiently troubleshooting system-related issues with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to translate complex process requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Strong change management skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Advanced level of proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to motivate and empower others to achieve a desired action
