Responsibilities include creating and updating supplier records, resolving invoice issues, providing functional support for Oracle Procurement Cloud and the supplier portal, and collaborating with various teams to improve processes. The role also involves training new analysts and end-users, acting as a buddy, and performing other assigned duties. Proficiency in Spanish is a mandatory requirement.

  1. Reviewing approved Supplier add request and create supplier record in accordance with Oracle's Global Purchasing/Finance policy.
  2. Action on notifications for Supplier profile change request
  3. Analyze and resolve invoices on bank detail invalid and Installment holds
  4. Assist requesters in Oracle Procurement Cloud
  5. Assist supplier on Supplier portal issues
