This role focuses on applying AI technologies, particularly from market leaders like Microsoft and OpenAI, to solve customer problems within the healthcare and life sciences domain. The Lead Applied Value Engineer will translate customer objectives into value assessments, build business cases and demos, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Celonis solutions, which leverage Process Intelligence to provide operational context to AI. The role involves understanding customer AI strategies, identifying use cases, and demonstrating measurable business impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand customers AI strategy and business critical challenges. As Celonis product & domain expert, find the best problem-solution fit and translate customer requirements into innovative solutions that move the needle
  2. Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
  3. Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers
  4. Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
  5. Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement

Skills

Required

  • 9+ years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and respective Software deployment
  • Customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software / SaaS Provider or a Consultancy
  • Hands-on SQL experience
  • Python experience
  • Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines
  • Experience in preparing and communicating (value) roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
