What you'll do Docusign is looking for a highly motivated Lead Atlassian Engineer (Tech Lead) to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-wide Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, and related integrations) across Docusign. This role will lead the design, governance, and optimization of Atlassian platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. You will act as technical owner, guiding a team of engineers and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive platform excellence and adoption. You will lead the integration and enablement of Atlassian Intelligence (AI) features across tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Rovo, and work to identify agentic use cases that boost automation, streamline knowledge access, and enhance decision-making. You’ll explore and implement agent-based workflows that autonomously support users, reduce manual toil, and optimize collaboration across the business. As a key member of the Cloud Applications team, you will own service strategy and delivery for Atlassian platforms while also advancing the enterprise adoption of AI-powered features and capabilities within our SaaS landscape. Access to an office location is required.
