Lead a team responsible for enabling enterprise customers to successfully deploy and adopt OpenAI products, focusing on technical leadership, customer enablement, and people management. The role involves shaping scalable enablement programs for operationalizing AI technologies and partnering with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the technical enablement strategy for OpenAI’s products, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and APIs
  2. Lead customer training and services across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion and long-term adoption
  3. Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Technical AI Deployment Managers
  4. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members delivering enterprise enablement programs
  5. Own deployment strategy for ADM engagements across enterprise customers

Skills

Required

  • Experience leading technical, customer-facing teams (solutions engineering, technical success, developer relations, or technical enablement)
  • Comfortable explaining complex technical systems to both executive and developer audiences
  • Strong technical depth across APIs, coding, agents, and AI systems
  • Understanding of how AI systems are deployed in production, including concepts like RAG, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and system tradeoffs
  • Experience leading technical trainings, workshops, or enablement programs for enterprise customers
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-moving environments and ability to learn new technologies quickly
