What you'd actually do

  1. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
  2. Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements in agile delivery environments
  3. Supporting Product Owners to prioritise and maintain well-defined backlogs aligned to project goals
  4. Facilitating workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement to clarify complex problems and drive decisions
  5. Applying systems thinking to understand wider organisational impacts and improve processes, services and technology
  6. Evaluating delivered solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes and recommending enhancements where required

Skills

Required

  • Experience working within agile software delivery teams
  • writing and managing user stories or tickets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or GitLab
  • UK national
  • UK Government security clearance (SC)
