Lead Business Development Representative for the APAC region at Unity, focusing on building the sales playbook from scratch. This role involves prospecting, multi-channel outreach, researching target accounts, A/B testing messaging, qualifying leads, and managing a team of BDRs. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound prospecting and a desire for a clear path into sales or partnerships, working with industries like automotive, healthcare, retail, and government.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect across large, raw territories; implement multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); book discovery meetings across** **mid size to large enterprise companies.
  2. Research target accounts and key decision makers; build campaigns; write, A/B test, and refine messaging.
  3. Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives /Account Managers; maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach.
  4. Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans, support events, and follow up promptly.
  5. Onboard, coach and directly manage the BDRs supporting the other APAC regions

Skills

Required

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts
  • Enthusiastic leader to help shape and build this new function at Unity
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow professionally
