This role is for a Lead - Business Operations and Strategy for Adobe's India Education team. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with leadership to define business priorities and strategic roadmaps.
  2. Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and insights.
  3. Own preparation of executive-level reporting and business reviews for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  4. Independently lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
  5. Build and own data frameworks and dashboards for tracking: Business performance, Key KPIs, Strategic initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations/strategy, or Chief of Staff/planning roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks, interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with setting up dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.
  • Strong experience in C-suite reporting.
  • Proven ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
