Lead Calibration Technician

Lead Calibration Technician responsible for performing and documenting routine and non-routine instrument calibrations, including maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment in a GMP/regulated environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform and document routine and non-routine instrument calibrations including maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment and instruments for manufacturing equipment.
  2. Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), including adherence to all company SOPs and documentation standards.
  3. Maintain clear, concise, and compliant records of all work performed for the purpose of documenting the control of all equipment and utilities.
  4. Assist and coordinate the monthly calibration schedule with the Scheduler/Planner by contacting the responsible parties and scheduling the work with the equipment owners and outside vendors.
  5. Make data entries into the Plant Maintenance equipment database as needed.

Skills

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related experience in Pharmaceutical, or other Life Science Industries performing calibrations duties.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
