Lead Client Account Manager, Mid-market

This role focuses on managing client accounts and influencing their marketing strategies on Pinterest, driving revenue growth through relationship building, data insights, and campaign optimization. While the company uses AI, this role is client-facing and sales-oriented, not directly involved in building or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our partners ultimately growing Pinterest revenue as a result.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners’ teams (executive, operational, creative, measurement and agency), resulting in trusted advisorship.
  3. Execution of GTM strategies across the portfolio of clients at scale.
  4. Advocate internally for the solutions required to drive business outcomes for these advertisers, working across internal teams such as Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc.
  5. Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
