This role is for a Lead Client Partner at Pinterest, focusing on the Tech & Telco sector. The primary responsibility is to cultivate relationships with top-tier clients, drive revenue growth through full-funnel sales strategies, and promote Pinterest's ad offerings. While the company emphasizes AI as a partner and uses it in recruiting, this role is fundamentally a sales and client management position, not directly involved in building or deploying AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies that encompass awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention for top-tier clients, driving measurable business results.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite, Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams, organizing key educational summits, strategy sessions, and QBRs.
  3. Build and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth on Pinterest.
  4. Serve as a product expert, delivering guidance on digital ecosystem and Pinterest's ad offerings, focusing on both upper and lower funnel formats, and staying at the forefront of industry trends to address partner needs.
  5. Spearhead negotiations and develop joint business plans to foster an understanding of partner goals, maximizing impact while mobilizing cross-functional teams to address complex challenges.
