This role is a Project/Program Management position focused on customer-facing technical projects within the telecommunications industry. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the entire lifecycle of high-value, customer-facing technical projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
  2. Serve as the primary client contact, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure alignment of project objectives and tasks.
  3. Provide technical expertise, employ structured methodologies, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues.
  4. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  5. Offer strategic advice to customers, manage vendor deliverables, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate project documentation.
