This role is for a Lead Client Solutions Executive focused on driving revenue growth by managing client relationships and selling AT&T's products, services, and solutions, particularly in Cloud, Wired & Wireless Connectivity and Wireless Services. The role involves acquiring new business, understanding market trends, and collaborating with internal resources to deliver complex network solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  4. May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  5. May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

  • 8+ years of related sales experience
