Lead Commercial Customer Success Manager for EMEA, responsible for a portfolio of key commercial accounts, driving platform adoption, value realization, retention, and growth. This role involves team leadership, customer health monitoring, and process improvement within the commercial segment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and mentorship to Customer Success Managers across EMEA.
  2. Monitor customer health trends across the EMEA Commercial segment, identifying risk patterns, expansion opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
  3. Serve as the primary CSM for a group of strategic Commercial customers.
  4. Support the team in executing scalable customer success strategies aligned with retention (GRR) and growth (NRR) targets.
  5. Act as an escalation point for your team’s Commercial accounts.
