Skills

Required

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or closely related analytical roles
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices across base pay, bonus, and equity (including program design, job architecture, ranges, market benchmarking, and pay equity)
  • Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and modeling, including advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g., modeling, scenario analysis, data visualization)
  • Experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support comp cycles, offers, promotions, and budgeting
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs among market alignment, internal equity, performance, and budget
