What you'd actually do

  1. Lead global compensation research and benchmarking strategies, translating market shifts into actionable insights and proactive recommendations that maintain Unity’s competitive edge.
  2. Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and audit of global salary structures, utilizing sophisticated modeling to ensure ranges are fiscally sustainable and aligned with our philosophy.
  3. Drive the global launch of the Job Architecture redesign, managing the high-velocity mapping and calibration of roles while partnering with People Tech for seamless system integration.
  4. Build scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, actively integrating AI tools to increase team velocity and enhance the accuracy of complex analytics.
  5. Serve as a key consultant to Recruiting and Leadership, providing expert guidance and structural guardrails to resolve ambiguous pay situations and facilitate complex offers.
