This role is for a Lead Contract Management Specialist at Boeing, focusing on developing, negotiating, and managing proposals and contracts for the Space Mission Systems program area. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop timely and compliant proposals in support of Boeing's growth targets
  2. Summarize contractual issues that arise in complex contracts and proposals, perform financial analysis of contractual outcomes, and ultimately develop/implement/negotiate successful solutions
  3. Conduct negotiations and sign contracts for products, services, and technologies
  4. Develop, present, and implement business solutions to drive growth and protect company interests
  5. Ensure compliance with business commitments, company policies, and Government laws and regulations

Skills

Required

  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience drafting, proposing, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
  • 10+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers
