Lead Customer Trainer for Anduril's Intelligence Systems, focusing on developing and scaling a customer-facing instructional cadre to ensure clients maximize the value of advanced hardware and software offerings. This role involves strategic leadership, program development, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence, requiring deep experience in technical training, preferably for US Government entities, and engineering expertise.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and grow technical training teams for customers supporting Anduril’s product roadmap, business objectives, and customer success goals.
  2. Collaborate on the design and development of engaging learner-centered technical training programs for a wide range of Anduril products and systems.
  3. Act as a key strategic partner to Product Management, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Development teams to capture product updates, inform training needs, and champion the voice of the customer.
  4. Establish and optimize standardized processes, tools, and techniques for training deliveries across all customer training teams.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in with the US military or Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Experience in a high-tech customer-facing technical training role within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech industry
  • Proven experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing technical training teams
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Ability to rapidly grasp complex hardware and software systems and translate highly technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning content for diverse audiences
  • Strong ownership mentality
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or equivalent experience
  • Prior military or government agency experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FAA or DCMA
  • Experience in audit readiness for training programs
  • Experience with simulation tools, AR/VR, or other immersive learning technologies
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and reporting to demonstrate training impact and ROI
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
