Lead Data & Analytic Engineer

The Lead Data & Analytic Engineer will manage the entire lifecycle of data systems, promote data literacy, ensure data quality and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and optimize data usage. This role will use data to inform media application decisions, develop data-driven applications systems, and define/track key metrics. The engineer will also analyze data for trends and insights, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to build and maintain data infrastructure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the entire lifecycle of data systems, from ideation and planning to development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
  2. Promote data literacy and accessibility across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  3. Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance, working with data engineers and stakeholders to establish and maintain robust data processes.
  4. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs, prioritize projects, and optimize data usage.
  5. Use data to inform media applications decisions, identify opportunities for new application and features, and develop data-driven applications systems that meet user needs.
