This role is focused on operational knowledge and system support within the International Settlement Support team at Capital One. The Lead DCI Operations Specialist will be responsible for expanding operational knowledge, creating documentation, providing continuous support, managing dependencies, and coaching team members on core applications like Authorisations, Settlement, Pricing, and Fees. Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding configurations and ensuring process documentation is updated. The role requires cross-functional knowledge of the Payment Network Industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

What you'd actually do

  1. Interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, to create documentation, including system flow, aligned with team processes.
  2. Leverage the team’s existing knowledge with new insights and learnings, ensuring process documentation updated.
  3. Provide continuous support in all systematic/operational aspects and assist with issue resolution.
  4. Manage dependencies with other department functions while identifying and managing a strategic partnership across multiple teams.
  5. Become International Settlement Support SME for Core applications.
