Lead Developer role focused on translating Agentic AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions. The role involves governing the lifecycle of Agentic Systems, defining CI/CD strategies, institutionalizing prompt engineering, and architecting AI orchestration with tool-calling, memory, and reasoning for autonomous agents, leveraging LLMs and Vector DBs to boost developer productivity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the technical delivery of the organization’s most complex strategic projects, ensuring peak performance and security.
  2. Lead Expert Services, solving mission-critical issues and turning ambiguous needs into governed, scalable architectures.
  3. Govern the lifecycle of Agentic Systems, integrating platform tools with industry-standard versioning and automated pipelines.
  4. Define CI/CD release strategies, incorporating version control and feature toggling to optimize the practice’s delivery engine.
  5. Drive technical thought leadership, sharing architectural blueprints and acceleration standards utilized by all delivery teams.
