Lead Digital Architect (UI Architect) to define and drive the architecture of the Experience Engineering stack, focusing on scalable, high-performance UI platforms and frameworks. This senior individual contributor and technical leadership position is responsible for building and governing front-end platforms, micro-frontends, design system implementation, and UI engineering standards across web and mobile experiences. The role involves defining front-end architecture strategy, architecting scalable UI platforms using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Web Components, driving adoption of micro-frontends and module federation, defining BFF patterns, and partnering on edge/CDN, caching, and rendering strategies. It also includes leading the technical architecture and implementation of Design Systems, building component libraries, establishing governance for UI components, and enabling developer-friendly tooling. The role emphasizes front-end performance, scalability, SEO, engineering excellence, DevOps, standards, governance, observability, reliability, security, and compliance, with a focus on integrating quality, security, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with Engineering Managers, Product teams, Platform teams, and UX/Design teams is key, as is acting as a technical leader and mentor.
